DUO 2FA is a security service that helps protect your WUSTL Key account. This two-factor authentication makes sure that you are the one logging on and accessing your important information. The way it works is that you connect your account to a trusted device—usually your phone—so that you can verify your log-in through a texted “push” notification or a call. You will need to set up DUO 2FA, if you haven’t yet, in order to connect to many different apps and services of WashU.
