There are multiple options for hosting and/or participating in Video Conferencing. We encourage you to utilize choices we already have a license for.
Note:
For best video conferencing results – do not be logged into any virtual desktop or “connected to your office computer” remotely. Instead try to video conference “directly from” your device.
ZOOM – Recommended for Video Conferencing
We include a full Med Campus License for ZOOM Video Conferencing. This is our RECOMMENDED and PREFERRED product to use. This also includes a telephone number and can be easily used with outside people and organizations. For more info click HERE

Recommended for CHAT / Collaboration

Microsoft Skype
We include a full Med Campus License for Microsoft Skype Video Conferencing. This product will be reaching end of life July 2021. For more info click HERE

Don’t Have a Webcam?
In a pinch… We recommend downloading and using video conference software on your CELL PHONE. (As most cell phones include a camera.)
